Điều 2. Căn cứ ban hành Quy chế
Quy chế này được xây dựng trên cơ sở các quy định của Bộ luật Lao động, các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành Bộ luật Lao động và các quy định nội bộ của Công ty có liên quan.
Điều 3. Đối tượng áp dụng
Quy chế này áp dụng cho toàn thể người lao động làm việc trong Công ty. Ngoài quy định tại Quy chế này, người lao động phải thực hiện những trách nhiệm và nghĩa vụ khác theo quy định của pháp luật và các quy định nội bộ của Công ty có liên quan đến Quy chế này.
Điều 4. Mục đích ban hành
1. Giúp người lao động nhận thức rõ trách nhiệm, yêu cầu của công việc và nỗ lực hoàn thành công việc được giao cũng như không ngừng hoàn thiện, nâng cao ý thức, kỹ năng và năng lực làm việc.
