o Có quyền yêu cầu Bên mua bồi thường thiệt hại nếu Bên mua vi phạm hợp đồng.o Có quyền yêu cầu Bên mua chuyển giao quyền quản lý và điều hành Công ty cho Bên bán trong thời gian 06 (sáu) tháng kể từ ngày hoàn tất thủ tục chuyển nhượng cổ phần.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

o Has the right to request the Buyer to compensate for damages if the Buyer violates the contract. o Has the right to request the Buyer to transfer the right to manage and operate the Company to the Seller within 06 (six) months from the date of completion of share transfer procedures.
