1.5. Đối với Hàng hóa có nguồn gốc nhập khẩu, Bên A có trách nhiệm tuân thủ các quy định về xuất nhập khẩu, và quy định đối với xuất xứ thương hiệu, xuất xứ hàng hóa, chất lượng, chính sách bảo hành hàng hóa do Bên A nhập khẩu hoặc phân phối tại thị trường Việt Nam.
