Thành lập nhóm kỹ thuật
- Thành lập Nhóm làm việc kỹ thuật về điều trị Methadone với sự tham gia các ban ngành liên quan từ 15-18 người.
- Triển khai các thủ tục mua và nhập khẩu Methadone, bảo quản Methadone, nơi pha chế dung dịch Methadone.
- Xây dựng hướng dẫn kỹ thuật tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn bệnh nhân.
- Tổ chức tập huấn về quản lý lâm sàng Methadone cho cán bộ.
- Cung cấp dịch vụ Methadone để hướng dẫn tại chỗ cho các nhân viên.
- Xây dựng một hệ thống theo dõi và đánh giá chương trình.
- Báo cáo tình hình hoạt động và tiến triển của chương trình.
