3.3 Quy trình thuyết kế
3.3.1 Thiết kế bảng khảo sát.
Trên cở sở nghiên cứu các nhân tố tác động đến hành vi tuân thủ thuế của DN và trao đổi với các công chức thuế làm việc tại những bộ phận khác nhau như bộ phận thanh tra thuế, bộ phận tuyên truyên hỗ trợ người nộp thuế, bộ phận quản lý nợ và cưỡng chế thuế, bộ phận kê khai kế toán thuế để thiết lập phiếu khảo sát. Phiếu khảo sát được thiết kế gồm hai phần như sau:
Phần 1: Thông tin chung về cá nhân người được phỏng vấn. Trong đó, các dữ liệu được thu thập bao gồm giới tính, độtuổi, trình độ giáo dục,…
Phần II: Các câu hỏi đánh giá mức độ tác động của các nhân tố và đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ thuế của DN (bao gồm 30 biến quan sát)
Phiếu khảo sát thử (xem Phụ lục 1) được phát đến một số doanh nghiệp để đánh giá mức độ rõ ràng, dễ hiểu của các mục hỏi. Sau đó, nhận kết quả phản hồi, điều chỉnh để hình thành phiếu khảo sát chính thức (xem Phụ lục 2)
