Trong trường hợp bên B chỉ bàn giao một phần của toàn bộ tài sản thuê, các bên sẽ lập biên bản thỏa thuận, tính giá thuê tài sản thuê theo tỷ lệ thực tế sử dụng, chi tiết việc tính giá thuê được thể hiện trong Phụ lục đính kèm đồng thời cũng là một phần của hợp đồng này.
