1.5 Bên A và bên B đã cùng nhau xem xét thực địa điểm và diện tích thuê một cách kỹ lưỡng và không phát hiện bất cứ sơ sót, khiếm khuyết hay sai phạm nào ảnh hưởng đến việc sử dụng làm văn phòng. Bên B đồng ý tiếp nhận diện tích thuê trong tình trạng như đã xem trong thực tế. Hai bên có trách nhiệm lập biên bản giao nhận, trong đó nêu rõ thực trạng của diện tích thuê với chữ ký xác nhận của người được ủy quyền của mỗi bên. Biên bản này là phần không thể tách rời của hợp đồng.
