Theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam, nếu nhà sản xuất bổ sung thêm chất vào sản phẩm mỹ phẩm, làm thay đổi công thức của sản phẩm mỹ phẩm đã công bố thì bắt buộc phải thực hiện thủ tục công bố mới như đối với 1 sản phẩm mới hoàn toàn.

Quy trình thực hiện sẽ bắt đầu lại từ đầu và việc này sẽ là 1 hợp đồng dịch vụ khác với chi phí như đã ký kết đối với sản phẩm HEARTFUL ESSENCE AI.

Nếu công ty không thực hiện công bố lại, thì sản phẩm sẽ được bán ở Việt Nam nếu:
- trên nhãn gốc và nhãn phụ của sản phẩm ghi đúng thông tin như Phiếu công bố đã được cấp phép.
- Các hồ sơ giấy tờ về công thức thành phần của sản phẩm do nhà sản xuất cung cấp ghi đúng thông tin như Phiếu công bố đã được cấp phép.

Vì vậy, nếu bạn muốn ghi thêm chất BG vào công thức thành phần của sản phẩm, ghi trên nhãn mác và hồ sơ lưu của công ty, thì bắt buộc phải làm lại thủ tục công bố sản phẩm mỹ phẩm mới.
