Đặt vấn đề: Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn Eagle USA Việt Nam (Công ty TNHH Eagle) là doanh nghiệp kinh doanh thực phẩm chức năng (TPCN) thành lập và phát triển từ năm 2013, tuy nhiên thị phần chưa đạt kỳ vọng.
Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Tìm giải pháp hoàn thiện hoạt động Marketing tại Công ty TNHH Eagle.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Các hoạt động Marketing tại Công ty TNHH Eagle dựa trên các yếu tố 7P thông qua phương pháp thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu.
Kết quả: Đánh giá của khách hàng đối với các hoạt động về sản phẩm, giá cả, phân phối, xúc tiến, con người, quy trình và phương tiện hữu hình có giá trị trung bình lần lượt là: 3,81; 3,33; 4,18; 3,14; 3,04; 4,04 và 3,74. Các giải pháp để cải thiện hoạt động Maketing như sau: tiếp tục mở rộng các dòng sản phẩm, giảm thiểu sự chênh lệch giá giữa các điểm bán, tiếp tục mở rộng kênh bán hàng nhà thuốc, tăng cường quảng cáo, quan hệ công chúng, tăng cường đào tạo nhân viên maketing, hiện đại hóa các quy trình và hoàn thiện các phương tiện hữu hình.
Kết luận: Nghiên cứu đã đánh giá thực trạng và đề xuất một số giải pháp hoàn thiện hoạt động Marketing dựa trên các yếu tố 7P của Công ty Eagle.
