các điều kiện đối với nhà đầu tư thực hiện dự án
1. Tổ chức kinh tế thực hiện dự án đầu tư phải làm thủ tục đăng ký cấp tài khoản sử dụng trên hệ thống thông tin quốc gia về đầu tư nước ngoài theo quy định của pháp luật.

2. Nhà đầu tư phải tuân thủ và đáp ứng điều kiện đầu tư theo quy định của pháp luật việt nam và các điều ước quốc tế mà việt nam là thành viên.
3. tổ chức kinh tế thực hiện dự án đầu tư chỉ được triển khai hoạt động đối với xác lĩnh vực đầu tư kinh doanh có điều kiện khi đáp ứng các điều kiện và/hoặc được cấp giấy phép/giấy chứng nhận/chứng chỉ hành nghề hoặc văn bản xác nhận.... theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành; chấp hành quy định của luật đầu tư, luật doanh nghiệp, giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư và các quy định về bảo vệ môi trường, phòng chống cháy nổ, an toàn lao động và quy định pháp luật khác có liên quan đến lĩnh vực hoạt động đầu tư kinh doanh đã đăng ký.
5. Tổ chức kinh tế thực hiện dự án đầu tư có trách nhiệm thực hiện chế độ báo cáo hoạt động đầu tư theo quy định tại điều 71, luật đầu tư và cập nhật đầy đủ, kịp thời, chính xá các thông tin liên quan vào hệ thống thông tin quốc gia về đầu tư theo quy định tại điều 70, luật đầu tư và chịu sự kiểm tra, giám sát của các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo quy định của pháp luật.
6. Tổ chức kinh tế thực hiện dự án đầu tư chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về tính chính xác, trung thực và đảm bảo quyền sử dụng hợp pháp, sử dụng đúng mục đích theo quy định của pháp luật đối với địa điểm thực hiện dự án đã đăng ký. Cơ quan đăng ký đầu tư không giải quyết tranh chấp phát sinh (nếu có) liên quan đến địa điểm thực hiện dự án đăng ký.
7. Trường hợp tổ chức kinh tế thực hiện dự án đầu tư không thực hiện đúng các quy định trên, cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền xử lý vi phạm của nhà đầu tư theo đúng quy định pháp pháp luật Việt Nam.
8. Dự án sẽ chấm dứt mọi hoạt động theo quy định tại điều 48, luật đầu tư và các văn bản hướng dẫn, điều chỉnh có liên quan.
