1.2. Đặc điểm dự án
• Địa điểm xây dựng trường mầm non phù hợp với quy hoạch chung của TP. Tam Kỳ;
• Đường giao thông thuận tiện;
• Khi xây dựng công trình không làm ảnh hưởng xấu đến khu dân cư xung quanh mà tạo nên cảnh quan môi trường tốt cho khu vực;
• Hạ tầng về điện nước đã được quy hoạch đảm bảo;
• Nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc nuôi dạy trẻ;
• Đáp ứng đầy đủ cơ sở vật chất để phục vụ tốt hơn về nhu cầu học tập, rèn luyện thể chất, cũng như phát triển các môn năng khiếu, kỹ năng sống cho trẻ;
• Định hướng tổ chức không gian khu vực
• Dự án sẽ bao gồm 02 khu chức năng chính như sau:
• Khu A: trường Mầm non phục vụ khoảng 595 trẻ
• Khu B: các lớp ngoại ngữ phục vụ khoảng 883 lượt học ngoại ngữ theo giờ
• Theo đó, khu vực được định hướng tổ chức không gian như sau:
• Nhà trẻ và các lớp năng khiếu được thiết kế trong một khối công trình, tối đa 02 tầng và có lối đi riêng.
• Bố trí khu vực vui chơi cho trẻ, không gian rộng rãi, thoáng mát, đón gió tự nhiên và che chắn tốt
• Ngoài ra dự án còn đầu tư xây dựng sân vườn là nơi vui chơi cho trẻ được quy hoạch theo tiêu chuẩn, sẽ được bố trí để tạo không gian, nhiều cây xanh tạo điểm nhìn.
