Thật sự hai ngày hôm nay tôi quá bận, chấm giáo án cho các bạn, kiểm soát phiếu bài tập, dự giờ góp ý cho giáo viên và họp liên miên. Tôi luôn luôn lắng nghe vấn đề của không những bạn mà còn của tất cả các thành viên trong nhóm nữa. Vì vậy đừng nghĩ rằng việc trao đổi với Chinh là việc tôi trốn tránh trách nhiệm. 2. Việc thực hiện TR Nga cần hoàn thiện bằng bản cứng trước 4h chiều thứ 6 hàng tuần để Angela có thể chuẩn bị bài giảng tốt hơn. Mọi việc thay đổi về TR cần trao đổi với nhau bằng email, tin nhắn hay gặp trực tiếp để giải thích. Tuy nhiên cần hạn chế đến mức thấp nhất việc thay đổi TR.
3. Việc deadline hoàn thành Worksheet, test…. Nga cần hoàn thành trước ít nhất là 01 ngày để Angela có thể check trước khi gửi lại cho tôi kiểm soát cuối cùng.
4. Việc hoàn thành giáo án, các bạn phải tự làm theo cá nhân nên việc này tôi chỉ có thể check cá nhân mà thôi. Việc trao đổi với nhau trong nhóm về nội dung trong nhóm cần chia sẻ, các bạn nên thống nhất trong nhóm cho hợp lý. Việc này tôi không kiểm soát vì tôi đã quy định tôi chỉ kiểm tra giáo án theo cá nhân chứ không kiểm tra theo nhóm.
5. Việc chấm sách workbook cho học sinh thì giờ của bạn nào, bạn ấy phải có trách nhiệm chấm chữa bài cho học sinh. Việc thực hiện với các lớp khác cũng diễn ra tương tự khi tôi có yêu cầu.
6. Nga cần cố gắng và thay đổi tác phong làm việc. Nếu những việc của tổ nhóm, hay việc làm chung với Angela mà không hoàn thành thì bạn sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm về việc này. Tôi sẽ dành thời gian là học kì I cho các bạn. Nếu hết học kì I mà các bạn vẫn không thể thay đổi và lỗi thuộc về ai thì tôi sẽ điều chuyển công việc của người đó.
7. Hai bạn cần chia sẻ công việc với nhau, có thể chưa thể bắt nhịp được nhưng cả hai đều phải cố gắng. Quan trọng nhất là không vì việc này mà ảnh hưởng đến học sinh của các bạn. Tôi nghĩ các bạn đang có phong cách làm việc khác nhau, nếu chịu khó hiểu nhau các bạn sẽ làm tốt vai trò của mình.
8. Khi tôi dự giờ, kiểm tra đột xuất, nếu xảy ra lỗi với nhiệm vụ của ai thì người đó phải tự chịu trách nhiệm theo đúng quy định của trường.
