Trong giờ làm việc cán bộ quản lý chịu trách nhiệm quản lý nhân viên do mình phụ trách, không được đi lại lung tung đến bộ phận khác chơi, tán gẫu với nhân viên nhà thầu phụ khác khi không có nhiệm vụ. Nhân viên trong giờ làm việc phải đi công tác hoặc việc riêng ra ngoài, phải có giấy phép của cán bộ phụ trách hoặc Ban Giám Đốc.
