Giám đốc phải thành lập bộ phận Quản trị rủi ro hoạt động độc lập với các bộ phận chuyên môn nghiệp vụ khác. Việc bổ nhiệm và miễn nhiệm trưởng bộ phận quản trị rủi ro của Giám đốc phải được sự chấp thuận của Hội đồng quản trị.
