hồi, phân khu, tách lot đối với sản phẩm không phù hợp (không được lựa để xuất hàng mà phải hủy toàn bộ sản phẩm
của Lot đã sản xuất), tiến hành điều tra nguyên nhân, thực hiện đối sách khắc phục.
