Khi tham gia liên kết với công ty, ND thường phải ký 02 hợp đồng riêng lẻ: HĐ cung ứng vật
tư nông nghiệp (giống, phân bón, thuốc BVTV) và HĐ tiêu thụ lúa.
- HĐ cung ứng vật tư nông nghiệp: HĐ này được ký ngay từ đầu vụ sản xuất. Theo đó công
ty sẽ cung ứng giống lúa xác nhận, phân bón, thuốc BVTV trả chậm đến cuối vụ không tính
lãi. ND phải cam kết thực hiện đúng quy trình khử lẫn theo hướng dẫn của cán bộ công ty.
- HĐ tiêu thụ lúa: Trước thời điểm thu hoạch 7 ngày ND phải thông báo cho cán bộ kỹ thuật
đến kiểm tra chất lượng lúa ngay trên đồng ruộng. Sau khi kiểm tra chất lượng lúa đạt tiêu
chuẩn, công ty sẽ đưa ra giá thu mua lúa. Nếu đồng ý với giá lúa do công ty đề nghị, ND tiến
hành ký hợp đồng tiêu thụ.
Nếu không đồng ý với giá thu mua của công ty, ND có thể bán lúa cho thương lái nhưng phải
trả tiền nợ vật tư nông nghiệp mà công ty đã ứng trước kèm theo mức lãi suất tương đương lãi
suất ngân hàng.

 Cung ứng vật tư nông nghiệp:
Giống: ND phải sử dụng giống xác nhận nằm trong danh mục giống của Công ty. Số lượng
giống được cung ứng dao động từ 120 - 160 kg/ha. Bộ giống hiện tại của công ty gồm:
Jasmine 85, OM4218. Công ty hiện đang thực hiện luôn khâu sản xuất giống lúa cung ứng
cho ND tham gia mô hình.
Phân bón và thuốc BVTV: Công ty không bắt buộc ND sử dụng phân bón và thuốc BVTV do
Công ty cung ứng. Hiện tại công ty không sản xuất và cung ứng thuốc BVTV mà liên kết với
các công ty/DN khác làm đầu mối cung ứng vật tư cho ND.
Giống và phân bón được công ty vận chuyển đến kho chứa của nông hộ vào đầu vụ sản xuất.
Thuốc BVTV được công ty cung ứng theo từng đợt trong suốt quá trình sản xuất.

 Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật:
Công ty Angimex chưa xây dựng quy trình sản xuất riêng. Đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên của công ty
thường chỉ hỗ trợ ND khi có phát sinh dịch bệnh, thăm đồng theo định kỳ. Cán bộ kỹ thuật chỉ
giám sát đồng ruộng thường xuyên trong giai đoạn gần thu hoạch để hướng dẫn ND khử lúa lẫn.
