For opening a bank account in Vietnam , what documents do i need ?Can i open a bank account in Vietnam while i am overseas ? or do i have to fly down to Vietnam ?
Finally can you help me to open a bank accont in Nga transh - in a branch of your choice ?

c] how do i manage the tax liability to vietnam government?
can i appoint your company to manage my tax liability to the government ? do i pay annually or monthy ? do i have to visit vietnam everytime i have to pay the tax ?

You will not be able to open bank accounts in Vietnam while being abroad, this means you have to be present in Vietnam, choose a bank you wish, request to open an account and for a little money on the account to payment when needed.
