- Sau khi nhận được thông báo dự kiến giao hàng của Bên B, trong vòng 10( mười) ngày Bên A tổ chức nhận hàng. Nếu quá 10 (mười) ngày mà Bên A không nhận hàng thì Bên A phải thanh toán lãi phát sinh do hàng tồn kho cho Bên B là: 0,06% x Giá trị hàng chưa nhận x Số ngày quá hạn. Nếu sau 30 (ba mươi) ngày kể từ ngày đến thời hạn giao hàng mà Bên A không nhận hàng thì Bên A sẽ mất tiền đặt cọc ( nếu có) và Hợp đồng này bị hủy bỏ.
