QC product
- Kiểm tra tiêu chuẩn kĩ thuật nguyên liệu đầu vào.
- Kiểm tra tiêu chuẩn kích thước, màu sắc, độ mịn,...sản phẩm đầu ca, trong suốt ca sản xuất.
- Có sự cố thì yêu cầu dừng sản xuất kết hợp với bên kĩ thuật tìm nguyên nhân và khắc phục sự cố ngay trong vòng 5p. Nếu không xử lý được trong vòng 5p phải báo cáo ngay với cấp trên để tìm biện pháp khắc phục.
- Lập báo cáo hằng ngày: nêu rõ quá trình làm việc và nếu có sự cố thì báo cáo rõ nguyên nhân, cách khắc phục, thời gian xảy ra và kết thúc có sự xác nhận của các bên.
Technician:
- Lập, sắp sếp kế hoạch sản xuất cho các máy hoạt động dựa theo kế hoạch của bên sản xuất.
- Vận hành máy
- Sửa chữa, khắc phục sự cố máy móc để đảm bảo chất lượng và sản lượng đầu ra.
- Kết hợp QC giám sát chất lượng đầu ra, khi có hàng lỗi phải tìm nguyên nhân và đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục.
- Hỗ trợ QC tìm đối sách cải tiến
- Nhằm mục tiêu: sản phẩm đầu ra đạt chất lượng và sản lượng theo kế hoạch. Ngoài ra còn phải đảm bảo tình trạng máy móc, phụ tùng hoạt động tốt nhưng cố gắng tiết kiệm chi phí hết mức có thể.
Line Leader: Quản lý 1 dây chuyền sản xuất (con người, nguyên vật liệu, máy móc, phương thức).
- Cung cấp Nguyên vật liệu cho chuyền sản xuất phải đảm bảo: đúng, đủ, đảm bảo chất lượng tiêu chuẩn kĩ thuật đầu vào.
- Quản lý nhân lực của chuyền 1 cách đầy đủ, đảm bảo sức khỏe, ý thức tốt, làm việc tập trung và trách nhiệm.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng và sản lượng đầu ra: đảm bảo chất lượng và sản lượng từng công đoạn và các yêu cầu vể thao tác cũng như thông số kĩ thuật của máy móc tại từng công đoạn.
Theo tôi nghĩ:
Bất kì một vị trí làm việc nào bên cạnh năng lực làm việc thì cái quan trọng nhất quyết định kết quả làm việc đó chính là trách nhiệm và ý thức.
Với những gì đã tích lũy được tôi tin mình sẽ làm tốt công việc của 1 QC.
Tôi còn dám đảm bảo mình là người có trách nhiệm, ý thức cao trong công việc, luôn luôn học hỏi, cố gắng để hoàn thành tốt công việc và mong sẽ có cơ hội phát triển hơn.
