Tôi tên Trần Thị Bích, sinh năm 1978, số CMND: 272416432 do công an tỉnh Đồng Nai cấp ngày 28/10/2010, hiện đang tham gia dự án NH91 tại TP.Cần Thơ với vị trí Tư vấn giám sát Môi trường và An toàn. Tôi xin tường trình sự việc bị cướp tài sản như sau:
Vào khoảng 23h30 ngày 19/7/2015, trên đường từ Tp.HCM về Tp. Cần Thơ, sau khi xe trung chuyển đưa tôi đến đầu hẻm 1 Lý Tự Trọng tôi đi bộ về nhà trọ trong hẻm này thì bị 4 thanh niên khống chế bằng dao để cướp tài sản. Do vào thời điểm xảy ra sự việc, không có người qua lại nên tôi không có khả năng phản ứng và bị cướp mất 2 điện thoại di động (Iphone 5S và Oppo R5), cùng với khoảng 4,8 triệu đồng và một số tài liệu, vật dụng cá nhân khác.
Tôi xin cam đoan những điều tôi tường trình trên đây là đúng sự thật và tôi hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm với lời tường trình của mình trước pháp luật.
