2. Trong phạm vi rà phá được giao phải dò tìm, xử lý hết tín hiệu, tuyệt đối không được để sót bom đạn, vật nổ. Bảo đảm an toàn vê mặt bom mìn, vật nổ cho lực lượng phương tiện tham gia xây dựng công trình cũng như quá trình đưa công trình vào sử dụng. Chịu trách nhiệm bảo hành an toàn bom mìn, vật nô trong phạm vi đã rà phá.
Điều 4. Nhiệm vụ của các đơn vị:
1. Giao cho Tổng Công ty 319/BỘ Quốc phòng trực tiếp ký họp đồng với chủ đầu tư để thực hiện RPBMVN bảo đảm an toàn, tiến độ dự án trên. Thông báo hiệp đồng với các bên liên quan để giám sát, giám định chất lượng thi công và quản lý địa bàn. Báo cáo Bộ Tư lệnh Công binh kê hoạch triên khai thi công để kiểm tra chất lượng thi công công trình và quản lý tình hình RPBMVN hiện nay.
2. Bộ Tư lệnh Quân khu 5 có trách nhiệm chỉ đạo Bộ CHQS tỉnh và BCH Bộ đội Biên phòng tỉnh Khánh Hòa tạo điều kiện giúp đỡ đơn vị thi công thực hiện nhiệm vụ và phối hợp huỷ bom đạn sau dò tìm.
3. Bộ Tư lệnh Công binh trên cơ sở tiến độ thực hiện do chủ đầu tư cung cấp, lập kế hoạch kiểm tra giám định chất lượng thi công, tổ chức hiệp đông với chủ đầu tư và đơn vị thi công để kiêm tra giám định chât lượng và trình độ chuyên môn kỹ thuật của lực lượng thi công tại hiện trường bảo đảm an toàn cho công trình trong quá trình thi công và sử dụng.
