4. Có trách nhiệm thông báo cho bên A những sự cố kỹ thuật và những báo cáo lỗi (nếu có) của phần mềm kịp thời.
5. Có trách nhiệm chính trong việc khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống TraceVerified, có sự phối hợp với bên A.
6. Có trách nhiệm bảo hành cho phần mềm được quy định tại điều 4 của Hợp đồng.
7. Có trách nhiệm bảo mật tất cả những thông tin mà bên A cung cấp trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng. Điều này có hiệu lực ngay cả khi kết thúc hợp đồng này.
8. Có quyền yêu cầu bên A thanh toán đúng hạn.
9. Có quyền ngưng triển khai Hợp đồng nếu bên A vi phạm Hợp đồng.
10. Có quyền kiện ra Toà án Kinh tế có thẩm quyền nếu bên A vi phạm Hợp đồng
11. Bên B có trách nhiệm thay đổi nội dung báo cáo truy xuất trong khuôn khổ kỹ thuật đã thống nhất với bên A
