Bên cạnh việc trực tiếp giảng dạy, tôi đã tham gia xây dựng và đổi mới chương trình đào tạo bậc đại học và cao học chuyên ngành vũ khí tại Học viện. Trong vài năm gần đây tôi đã trực tiếp xây dựng đề cương chi tiết cho 03 môn học ở bậc đại học; 02 chuyên đề cho cao học; đã trực tiếp xây dựng ngân hàng đề thi và đáp án cho 03 môn học phục vụ đào tạo kỹ sư chuyên ngành vũ khí; đã chủ trì và tham gia xây dựng 05 bài thí nghiệm phục vụ đào tạo.

Besides direct instruction, I have participated in the construction and innovate the undergraduate programs and graduate majors weapons at the Academy. In the last few years I've directly build detailed outline for 3 subjects at University; 2 thematic for the high school; directly build the Bank examinations and answers for 3 subjects serve specialized engineering training weapon; chaired and participated in building the test post 5 serves training.
