Hệ kết cấu sàn được chọn là kết cấu sàn không dầm (còn gọi là sàn nấm hay sàn phẳng– Flat Slabs) không có mũ cột.

Do đó, các phương pháp thiết kế trên chỉ có ý nghĩa lý luận và thích hợp khi tính toán thủ công.Trong đồ án này, phương pháp được sử dụng là sử dụng phần mềm Safe v12.2 để tìm nội lực bản sàn.
Những ô sàn có các lỗ bố trí hệ thống kĩ thuật như đường ống cấp thoát nước xuyên tầng…, vẫn coi như liên tục. Sau này, ta sẽ dùng các biện pháp cấu tạo để xử lý.
