--- Bên B phải cung cấp cho Bên A các kết quả thí nghiệm vật liệu, sản phẩm của công việc hoàn thành. Các kết quả thí nghiệm này phải được thực hiện bởi phòng thí nghiệm hợp chuẩn theo quy định. Bên B đảm bảo vật tư, thiết bị do Bên B sử dụng có nguồn gốc xuất xứ, đúng quy cách và đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của hồ sơ thiết kế.
