Công nhân xếp dỡ vật tư phải có đủ sức khoẻ theo kết quả kiểm tra định kỳ một năm một lần của bác sĩ và phải có chuyên môn về xếp dỡ hàng hoá.

Khi xếp dỡ vào ban đêm phải có đủ thiết bị chiếu sáng phục vụ thi công.
