- Phạt do thanh toán chậm : Nếu Bên Mua không hoàn thành việc thực hiện nghĩa vụ thanh toán theo đúng thời gian quy định trong Điều II của Hợp đồng này thì Bên Mua phải chịu một khoản tiền phạt cho Bên Bán bằng 0,1% phần nghĩa vụ đến hạn cho mỗi ngày chậm trễ, nhưng tổng mức phạt không quá 8% của phần nghĩa vụ đến hạn bị trễ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Late penalty: If the buyer does not complete the service payment according to the time specified in article II of this agreement, the buyer shall bear a fines for Vendors with 0.1% of the due obligation for each day of delay, but the total fines of not more than 8% of the obligation due to being late.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Penalty for late payment: If the Purchaser does not complete the implementation of its payment obligations on time as specified in Article II of this Agreement, the Purchaser shall be subject to a fine for the sale of 0.1% part due obligations for each day late, but overall a fine not exceeding 8% of the delayed due obligations.
