4.2.4 Giá thuê nhà xưởng được điều chỉnh mỗi năm một lần vào ngày 01 tháng 07, theo nguyên tắc lấy giá thuê tại thời điểm đang áp dụng gần nhất cộng với chỉ số lạm phát của năm trước do cơ quan Nhà nước Việt Nam công bố. Khung điều chỉnh là 0% đến 15%, tức là mức điều chỉnh thấp nhất là 0%, và mức điều chỉnh tối đa là 15% dù chỉ số lạm phát có thể cao hơn.
