18 Bên B sẽ đảm nhiệm trách nhiệm tổng quát đối với mọi biện pháp an ninh được thực hiện ở điều 2 với điều kiện là được bên A thừa nhận rằng Hợp đồng này là một hợp đồng thực hiện chỉ những dịch vụ được nêu trong hợp đồng và không phải là một hợp đồng bảo hiểm hay bảo đảm đưa ra đối với mọi thiệt hại về phía bên A.
Việc xác định lỗi sẽ do các bên cùng nhất trí hoặc do các cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền quyết định chính thức bằng văn bản, ngoại trừ thiệt hại là hậu quả của những việc sau đây:
