2/leadership: A good leader must dare to take responsibility, to confront the challenges and accept change. They must motivate its employees by creating a good working environment (income, interesting work, the challenges, the safety at work, the promotion ...), must take out the comment (compliments and criticism) precisely on a constructive spirit. Praise and criticism at the right time and in the right dosage has the effect of motivation is very high. Actually a lot managers do not know how to praise or criticize for not pass themselves or to interject personal sympathies for the job. That is one of the strengths of my leadership.
