BÀI LUẬN
“Triết lý cam kết tới phát triển con người toàn diện”

Môn học “Triết lý cam kết tới phát triển con người toàn diện” đã giúp em hiểu được rất nhiều điều mới, trong đó: Em hiểu được thế nào là sự sáng tạo của con người; sự phát triển con người toàn diện,… Mỗi con người là tổng hòa các mối quan hệ xã hội dựa trên nền tảng văn hóa, giáo dục, tôn giáo. Để xây dựng được một xã hội phát triển, một đất nước phát triển, văn minh, giàu mạnh trước hết mỗi chúng ta phải xây dựng và phát triển được những con người toàn diện. Khi con người đã phát triển toàn diện, cùng với sự sáng tạo của mỗi con người thì sẽ tạo ra sự chuyển đổi về xã hội, về văn hóa, về kinh tế và loại bỏ được những tồn tại, phong tục tập quán lạc hậu, xây dựng một xã hội và đất nước phát triển.
Qua bài học, cùng với sự nghiên cứu tài liệu và được nghe cô giáo phân tích về các vấn đề triết lý cam kết phát triển con người toàn diện, em nhận thấy nội dung bài học có ý nghĩa rất lớn đối với em, nhưng em tâm đắc nhất 3 bài học sau:
Bài học thứ nhất: “Tiến trình phát triển của cá nhân và cộng đồng – Mô hình quá trình thay đổi của ASi”.
Hướng tới sự tạo ra nhứng biến đổi xã hội theo hướng công bằng, hòa bình và sáng tạo – quá trình phát triển của cá nhân và cộng đồng là một mô hình được áp dụng trong ba môn học. Ba vòng tròn này tượng trưng cho ba thành phần của quá trình học tập những nguyên liệu đầu vào mà chúng ta đã thu nhận được qua giáo dục chính thống (các chương trình học bài bản) và giáo dục phi chính thống (quá trình xã hội hóa). Làm thế nào để quá trình tăng trưởng cho cá nhân, cộng đồng được phát triển toàn diện. Trước hết phải dựa vào ba thành tố học tập sau:
- Thành tố học tập thứ nhất: “Tại sao” sẽ giúp chúng ta - nhân viên công tác xã hội hiểu cơ bản về thể giới ( cách nhìn nhận thế giới); về động cơ hành động và nguồn gốc của tầm nhìn trong cuộc sống. Nó có chức năng định hướng cho chúng ta trong cuộc sống. Nó là nguồn gốc của hệ giá trị của chúng ta, các giá trị này có thể được đúc rút từ niềm tin tôn giáo hay từ những niềm tin căn bản về con người trong xa hội. Trong giáo dục, triết lý có thể trở thành nguồn gốc của hệ giá trị - quan điểm sống. Đây là câu hỏi tại sao sâu sắc nhất của bất kỳ khung lý thuyết nào. Nó cho chúng ta động lực để lĩnh hội bất cứ tri thức, kỹ năng hay phát minh nào trong giáo dục bền vững.
- Thành tố học tập thứ hai: “ Cái gì” cho chúng ta công cụ để phân tích các hiện thực về con người và hiện thực xã hội; phân tích tình huống trong cuộc sống và học được nó thông qua các khuôn khổ lý thuyết của sự phân tích. Đây chính là điểm giao thoa giữa con người và khoa học xã hội; phương pháp tiếp cận hiện tượng học.
- Thành tố học tập thứ ba: “ Như thế nào” nó gợi ý cho chúng ta quá trình thay đổi hiện thực đã được phản ánh, nó chỉ ra cách thức mà các cá nhân tương tác với nhau hoặc tương tác với môi trường. Nó trả lời câu hỏi “ nêu ra quyết định như thế nào?”, “ những chuỗi hành động nào cần được thực hiện để đạt được mục đích?”. Tóm lại ca nhân và cộng đồng cần được thay đổi một cách có hệ thống như thế nào dựa trên đánh giá hoàn cảnh thực tế và dựa trên định hướng giá trị? Thành phần quá trình chỉ ra rằng: 1) hành động có thống nhất dựa trên hệ giá trị, 2) hành động có tính thống nhất dựa trên kiến thức lĩnh hội được/ sáng tạo ra, 3) làm thế nào để biến đổi môi trường văn hóa xã hội.
