2. Phương thức chi tiền của bên B chỉ được thực hiện chi trả cho người thụ hưởng sau khi tuân thủ đúng pháp luật về Phòng chống rửa tiền của bên A. Trong trường hợp, người thụ hưởng tại Việt Nam là người dân tộc thiểu số, thì chỉ thị chuyển tiền chỉ được chi trả sau khi Bên A đã tuân thủ đúng chương trình phòng chống rửa tiền và kiểm tra chính xác thông tin hồ sơ dân tộc theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
