Lý do nghiên cứu:
Việc thưc hiện nghiên cứu về quản lý trường hợp góp một phần trong việc định hướng cho nhân viên công tác xã hội nhận thấy thêm một vai trò nữa trong việc hỗ trợ người khuyết tật nói riêng và các đối tượng khác nói chung, đó là quản lý trương hợp cho người khuyết tật. vì trong công tác xã hội cũng có một phần quản lý trường hợp, việc quản lý trường hợp giúp cho nhân viên công tác xã hội có được sự theo dõi giám sát đối tượng thường xuyên, kết nối các nguồn lực, các dịch vụ trợ giúp đối tượng, có định hướng nâng cao năng lực cho đối tượng, giúp đối tượng có khả năng tự lực.
Từ lý do trên, tôi chọn đề tài : “Quản lý trường hợp đối với trẻ em khuyết tật từ thực tiễn trung tâm phục hồi chức năng và trợ giúp trẻ tàn tật tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh” làm luận văn tốt nghiệp thạc sĩ của mình.
