Thông báo này gửi đến Quý vị phần nào mong nhận được sự chia sẻ và cảm thông. Điều này giúp Công ty TravelCare có thêm động lực để tồn tại bền lâu hơn nữa. Hiện tại Công ty TravelCare chỉ còn duy nhất 1 thành viên cổ đông sáng lập, người đang cố gắng chèo lái để giữ công ty từng ngày. Từ tháng 12/2015 đến nay đã có 3 thành viên sáng lập chính thức không đi tiếp nhưng họ vẫn chưa hoàn thành trách nhiệm, nghĩa vụ như đã cam kết do đó dẫn đến việc mất đi tính thanh khoản tiền mặt cũng như làm ảnh hưởng đến tình hình tài chính, không đi đúng như kế hoạch ban đầu. Và cũng chính vì lý do trên dẫn đến việc thanh toán chậm trễ cho Quý vị.
Để vượt qua giai đoạn không mong muốn này cũng như giải quyết ổn thỏa các vấn đề tài chính của doanh nghiệp, Công ty TravelCare đã có 3 phương án như sau:
1. Kêu gọi các cá nhân, doanh nghiệp, nhà đầu tư góp vốn ngắn hạn với lãi suất thấp.
2. TravelCare Việt Nam chính thức đồng ý chào bán Cổ phần sáng lập (ưu tiên cho Cổ đông góp vốn) và kêu gọi các nhà đầu tư chiến lược hợp tác.
3. Công ty TravelCare sẽ cố gắng sớm nhất tiếp cận các Quỹ đầu tư trong và ngoài nước.
Cách thức trên nhằm duy trì hoạt động và tiếp tục phát triển kinh doanh để đi đến điểm cuối cùng trong chiến lược đường dài của Công ty TravelCare Việt Nam.

TravelCare Việt Nam kính mong Quý cổ đông, Quý nhà đầu tư dành chút thời gian quý báu để có 1 buổi làm việc với công ty nhằm chia sẻ ý kiến, quan điểm và để có kế hoạch cụ thể thanh toán vốn góp cho Quý vị.

Để TravelCare Việt Nam không phải đi đến phá sản. Mong Quý nhà đầu tư chuyển sang Cổ đông sáng lập, đó cũng là lợi thế trong tương lai cho các Quý vị, cũng như góp phần san sẻ, hỗ trợ những trở ngại cho TravelCare Việt Nam trong thời gian này.

This notice sent to you somewhat forward to the sharing and understanding. This helps the company be more motivated TravelCare to survive much longer lasting. The company currently only 1 TravelCare only founding members, who are trying to steer to keep the company each day. From 12/2015 to now has three official founding members did not go forward, but they have yet to fulfill their duties and obligations as committed thus leading to the loss of cash liquidity as well as photos affect the financial situation, do not go exactly as planned initially. To overcome this undesirable as well as resolved the financial problems of the business, the company has three alternatives TravelCare as follows:

2. Vietnam official TravelCare agree founder Shares offered (priority for shareholder capital contribution) and urged investors to corporate strategy.
3. The company will try earliest TravelCare access to funds and foreign investors.
The way in order to maintain operations and continue to grow the business to go to the last point in the strategy of the company long-distance TravelCare Vietnam South.
