Những người có vốn kiến thức sâu rộng bao giờ cũng “mạnh miệng” hơn những người có vốn kiến thức hạn hẹp. Họ tự tin để thể hiện mình hoặc phần lớn họ có khả năng nắm bắt được ý đồ cũng như thông điệp của đối tác một cách nhanh chóng. Trái lại, những người có vốn kiến thức hạn hẹp họ sẽ chia thành hai loại. Một là ngại giao tiếp, hai là giao tiếp nhiều nhưng thông tin sai lệch hoặc đón nhận thông điệp “lệch lạc” từ phía khách hàng, đối tác. Đó là lý do vì sao thiếu kiến thức khiến cho việc giao tiếp trở nên khó khăn hơn.
