1.1 Hàng hóa vận chuyển

- Bên A cung cấp cho bên B các tài liệu, chứng từ hợp pháp theo thông tư 61/2007/TT-BCT và thông tư liên tịch số 60/2011/TTLT_BTC-BCT-BCA để thuận tiện cho bên B trong quá trình giao nhận hàng hóa vận chuyển
- Bên A hoàn toàn chịu các trách nhiệm pháp lý liên quan đến chứng từ xuất xứ hàng hóa.
- Bên B không chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường vật chất cũng như thời gian chậm trễ giao hàng trong trường hợp hàng hóa bị kiểm tra, giam giữ hoặc bất kì sự can thiệp nào của cơ quan QUẢN LÍ THỊ TRƯỜNG hoặc các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước liên quan trong quá trình vận chuyển hàng hóa.
1.2 Quy cách hàng hóa khi vận chuyển
Theo quy cách của bên A . Tại thời điểm bốc xếp hàng lên phương tiện vận chuyển tại KHO CẢNG, hai bên sẽ cử nhân viên kiểm tra và lập biên bản ghi nhận về quy cách hàng hóa.
