- Ứng dụng rộng rãi trang thiết bị hiệu suất cao, công nghệ tiên tiến, công nghệ tiết kiệm năng lượng, thay thế dần các trang thiết bị có hiệu suất thấp, tiến tới loại bỏ các trang thiết bị có công nghệ lạc hậu.
