Tôi thông báo tới Ông là chất lượng động cơ mẫu YUNNEI 4100 rất kém, chúng tôi đã làm việc với Cục Đăng kiểm Việt nam để chỉnh động cơ và được phép kiểm nghiệm 4 lần nhưng đều không đạt tiêu chuẩn khí thải EURO II, toàn bộ xe đã lắp ráp được 75 xe và chỉ còn chờ đăng kiểm động cơ, chính vì vậy đề nghị Ông chỉ đạo các bộ phận liên quan làm việc với Vân Nội để nhanh chóng giải quyết đăng kiểm động cơ sớm nhất có thể, không làm ảnh hưởng đến bán hàng và kế hoạch đặt hàng tiếp theo.
