Đối tượng và phạm vi nghiên cứu
- Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Định giá BĐS thế chấp trong hoạt động cho vay
của các ngân hàng thương mại. Tuy nhiên định giá BĐS thế chấp là một phạm
trù tương đối rộng, bởi vậy luận án sẽ tập trung nghiên cứu một số vấn đề
chính như tổ chức định giá trong ngân hàng, qui trình và phương pháp áp
dụng trong định giá BĐS thế chấp với mục đích cho vay của các NHTM.
- Phạm vi nghiên cứu: Định giá BĐS thế chấp trong hoạt động cho vay
của các NHTM Việt nam từ năm 2005 đến nay

- Study subjects: Valuation of real estate mortgage lending activities
of commercial banks. But mortgage real estate valuation is a violation
of relativity categories, so the thesis will focus on a number of issues
such as the valuation organizations in banking, process and methodology
used in the world of real estate prices approved for the purpose of lending by commercial banks.
