2.2 Thời hạn thanh toán:
- Đợt 1: Bên A thanh toán 50% giá trị Hợp đồng cho Bên B tương ứng số tiền là … đồng (Bằng chữ:…./.) ngaysau khi hai Bên ký hợp đồng.
- Đợt 2: Sau khi bên A nhận bàn giao sản phẩm và hóa đơn thanh toán, bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho bên B số tiền còn lại phải thanh toán (Số tiền còn lại phải thanh toán = Tổng giá trị thanh lý hợp đồng - Số tiền thanh toán lần 1) Thời hạn thanh toán ngay khi bên A bàn giao sản phẩm. Sau 5 ngày kể từ ngày đến hạn thanh toán mà bên A vẫn chưa thanh toán hết tiền cho bên B thì phải chịu lãi suất không kỳ hạn của ngân hàng Vietcombank cho các khoản tiền chưa thanh toán đúng hạn.
Hình thức thanh toán: Séc, Tiền mặt, thẻ Visa hoặc chuyển khoản.
