Đây là hành lang kỹ thuật để vận hành hệ thống kho lạnh cũ của công ty Cầu Tre. Nó bao gồm một hệ thống phức hợp và cần rất nhiều nhân lực để vận hành, bảo trì. Những công nhân kỹ thuật hàng ngày phải làm việc trong một môi trường nhiều tiếng ồn, nóng bức và tiềm ẩn nguy hiểm.
Khu vực kho lạnh này đã được thay thế bởi các máy lạnh R290. Mọi thủ tục vận hành đã được giảm thiểu, an toàn hơn cho chính những người thợ.
