Marie Curie Sklodowska-(November 7, 1867 - July 4, 1934) is a physicist and chemist, Polish-French, known for pioneering research on radioactivity. She was the first person honored with two Nobel Prizes in two different fields, physics and chemistry. Marie Curie is a university lecturer at the University's first female Paris (Sorbonne), and in 1995 her body was interred in the Panthéon in Paris because of the great contributions to humanity.
