nếu một trong hai bên bị ngăn cản hoặc bị chậm trễ trong việc thực hiện bất kì nhiệm vụ nào của hợp đồng này bởi các sự kiện nằm ngoài tầm kiểm soát hợp lí của mình thì sự kiện này sẽ được coi là bất khả kháng và bên này sẽ không được coi là có lỗi và không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm nào với bên kia theo hợp đồng

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If one of the two parties being prevented or delayed in the performance of any duties of this contract by the events outside its reasonable control, then the event will be considered as force majeure and this party will not be considered an error and is not subject to any liability to the other party under the contract

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If either party is prevented or delayed in performing any other task of this contract by events beyond its reasonable control, then the event will be considered force majeure and this party will not be considered at fault and does not accept any liability to the other party under the contract
