3.1 Phương thức đặt hàng: Bên Mua sẽ gửi Đơn Đặt Hàng bằng email hoặc bằng fax cho Bên Bán trước 12h00 của ngày trước ngày yêu cầu giao hàng. Đơn Đặt Hàng chỉ có hiệu lực nếu (i) được gửi bằng email từ địa chỉ email quy định tại Điều 6 của Hợp Đồng này hoặc địa chỉ khác mà người có thẩm quyền của Bên Mua thông báo cho Bên Bán hoặc (ii) được ký và đóng dấu và gửi bằng fax tới số fax quy định tại Điều 6 của Hợp Đồng này.

Lưu ý rằng chiều ngày thứ 7, ngày Chủ Nhật & các ngày nghỉ lễ theo quy định, bộ phận tiếp nhận Đơn đặt hàng của Bên Bán sẽ không làm việc. Do vậy riêng Đơn hàng của ngày Chủ Nhật Bên Mua vui lòng gửi trước 9h00 sáng ngày Thứ Bảy để Bên Bán chuẩn bị hàng & giao hàng ngay trong ngày Thứ Bảy cho Bên Mua. Giờ đặt hàng trên cũng áp dụng cho Đơn hàng đặt trước ngày nghỉ lễ 01 (Một) ngày.

Đơn Đặt Hàng phải có đủ các thông tin về chủng loại Hàng Hóa, số lượng, thời gian giao hàng, thông tin về người chịu trách nhiệm nhận hàng. Đơn Đặt Hàng khi Bên Bán nhận được như quy định tại Điều 6 của Hợp Đồng này thì không thể hủy ngang.

Bên Bán sẽ xác nhận việc chấp nhận Đơn Đặt Hàng (“Chấp Nhận”) trước 16h00 cùng ngày. Chấp Nhận phải được gửi vào địa chỉ email hoặc số fax quy định tại Điều 6 của Hợp Đồng này. Chấp Nhận khi Bên Mua nhận được như quy định tại Điều 6 của Hợp Đồng này thì không thể hủy ngang. Chấp Nhận một phần Đơn Đặt Hàng sẽ được coi là đơn chào hàng của Bên Bán đã được Bên Mua chấp nhận
