4. Bên B lựa chọn và tiến cử sinh viên phù hợp trên cơ sở số lượng và điều kiện bên A đưa cho bên B, sau khi xin phép sẽ báo cho bên A, bên C phụ trách điều phối và quản lý.
5. Sau khi bên B đưa ra lựa chọn sinh viên, chờ bên A làm thủ tục thẩm định với các cơ quan liên quan rồi giao hồ sơ cho bên B xin visa.
6. Sau khi đến Đài Loan, trước tiên điền các bản báo cáo cho bên A, sau đó bên C nói rõ các qui định , giới thiệu môi trường sống xung quanh và chỉ dẫn địa điểm ký túc xá
7. Mỗi ngày bên C chịu trách nhiệm đưa đón sinh viên từ nơi ở tới nơi thực tập của bên A, bắt đầu thực tập. Bên C chịu trách nhiệm điều phối quản lý , đến hết ngày làm việc đưa sinh viên về nơi ở.
8. Bên C cung cấp những vật dụng tối thiểu cho sinh hoạt và bảo hiểm
