Điều 4 : Quyền và nghĩa vụ của bên B
4.1. Bên B có quyền
a. Yêu cầu Bên A cung cấp các thông tin, tài liệu, chứng cứ, phương tiện cần thiết để thực hiện công việc.
b. Yêu cầu Bên A thanh toán thù lao và chi phí theo thoả thuận.
c. Yêu cầu Bên A thanh toán thù lao, chi phí và bồi thường những thiệt hại thực tế xảy ra cho Bên B nếu Bên A đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng trái pháp luật.
d. Có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng mà không phải bồi thường bất kỳ khoản phí nào khi bên A đưa ra các yêu cầu cũng như có hành vi trái pháp luật đối với bên B.

c. A request the payment of remuneration, expenses and compensation for the actual damage occurs if Party A to Party B unilaterally terminate the contract unlawful.
d. Unilaterally terminate the contract without any compensation charges when the A given requirements, as well as unlawful acts against the B.
