We have investigated similar scenarios on other bids over the past year. It should be noted that this dual Umbilical requirement was never highlighted against 15728 WL Management – Star Engineering during the Bid or Design Engineering phase.

TOEH0166-15728 (Topside Termination and Hang-off GA) and TOEH0166-15728E (Diver J-Tube Seal GA) were both approved by the Client. This would indicate that the Client was not aware of the other Umbilical inside the J-Tube, when reviewing the drawings.
