Trước ngày 31/01 và 30/7 hàng năm, Ban Giám đốc có trách nhiệm lập báo cáo về hoạt động quản trị rủi ro gửi Ủy ban chứng khoán nhà nước theo đúng quy định. Trước ngày 31/01 hàng năm Ban Giám đốc báo cáo Ủy ban chứng khoán nhà nước Chính sách rủi ro đã được HĐQT phê duyệt theo đúng quy định.
