Để cắt giảm chi phí cho các doanh nghiệp TPP, đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp nhỏ, các thành viên TPP nhất trí các quy định giúp xóa bỏ các quy trình kiểm tra và chứng nhận trùng lắp đối với các sản phẩm, thiết lập quy trình dễ dàng hơn giúp các công ty tiếp cận thị trường các nước TPP.
