Theo Hierarchy of needs theory, 5 cấp bậc đã phân chia: rõ ràng rằng tôi đã không được thõa mãn ở 4 cấp độ: safety, social, esteem and sefl – actualization.
• Safety: Trong khi tôi cần có một cảm giác yên tâm an toàn về tâm lý và công việc thì sếp lại đẩy tôi vào những tình huống khiến tôi cảm thấy bị áp lực về công việc, và sợ hãi khi phải đối diện với sếp và bị sếp la mắng.
